GEW series computing display strand testing machine is mainly used to test the tensile strength,elastic modulus,tensile rate,σp0.2 of the strand. Assembled with clamp, this machine also could carry out compression, bend test on metal, metalloid and part. The testing machine is not only quite up to the requirement of the steel stranded wire stretching testing of GB/T 5224-2003 Prestressing concrete, suitable for strand stretching testing, but also quite up to the standard of GB/T 17671-1999, suitable for cement mortar resist compression,resist break testing, and satisfies with the standard of GB/T232-1999, suitable for bend test of metallic material(need to assemble with interrelated clamp). Feature:
1.Using high-precision amplifier and A/D converter of 24 bits high precision, the testing machine has effective code ±20000, so the measurement resolution can be one over two hundred thousand. If use high-precision load sensor which can ensure that the continuous measurement within the maximum test force of 0.4% ~ 100% will not step and the precision is also better than that of grade 1.
2.The machine can display testing curve in-timely and can choose the curve coordinate freely, such as, stress - strain, load-deformation, load-displacement, load - time, displacement - time, deformation-time and so on. Three curves can be displayed in one page at the same time, and may zoom in locally.
3.Automatically store testing result, for example: tensile strength, yield strength, Non-proportional extension strength, elastic modulus, the most strongly elongation, and after elongation etc.
4.The testing machine adopts open excel statement, which is easily to be managed by.
5.The testing machine adopts standard database to store the testing result and provides with data interface.
6.Automatic over-loaded protection function
